Rental conditions

Bills and cleaning

Water and power included.

Cleaning : maximum 4 hours at the end of the journey.
If more, pay for 12€ for additional hour.

Daily cleaning : optional (12 €/hour)

Sheets, linen and bath towels included. (Bath towels cannot be used on the beach).

Money advance and final payment

25 % of the total amount :

1) 15 % at the time of initial booking

2) 10% one calendar month at least before the date of entry.

3) 75% at the time of getting the keys on site.

If the 25% of the total amount is not paid one calendar month at least before the date of entry, the villa could be rent to any body else and what has been paid before could be lost.

Deposit

A 400€ guarantee amount will be deposit during check-in and would be recovered during check- out if no problem occurred. This deposit will be keep if cleaning needs more than 4 hours and whether equipment miss or is damaged.

Payment details

Renting amount payable during check-in, by cash, cashier's check, bank transfer. In case of transfer, please give a substantiation to owner before check-in.
